The Garden Spa is the only Spa in the UK andIreland to partner with L’Occitane, offering guests a truly distinctive spa
experience.
As Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of
contact for our guests, helping to create a warm and welcoming experience from
the moment they arrive. You will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day
operation of the spa, ensuring bookings, guest enquiries and administrative
tasks are managed efficiently while maintaining the high standards our guests
expect.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service.
Managing spa bookings, appointments and guest enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records.
Promoting spa treatments, memberships and retail products.
