Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow
• Monitor appointment scheduling, client flow, and treatment room utilization
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall ambiance of the spa

2. Client Experience & Service Excellence

• Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with Aivee brand
• Address client concerns, feedback, and escalations promptly
• Ensure consistent delivery of premium spa and skincare services
