As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout their spa journey, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of turning moments into memories for our guests.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests; answering guest inquiries and channel to appropriate person for assistance if necessary
• Escort guests to appointments and around spa, providing tours as required
• Assist Guests with use of lounge facilities (Ex: experience showers, heated bench, etc)
• Provide information and literature about the facility in person, via phone and email
