Spa Coordinator -Part-Time

POSITION SUMMARY :  
The Spa Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Spa reservations, check-in, and check-out experience to ensure the highest levels of service and standards for our Membership. The Spa Coordinator is responsible for helping ensure a memorable experience in the Spa. This includes greeting Members & guests as they enter the facilities, orientating guests to the spa facilities, and providing personal Member services. This position helps ensure that therapist schedules are maintained, appointments are scheduled appropriately, emails and calls are returned timely, and members are billed accurately. The Spa Coordinator oversees the Spa retail outlet, charging members for purchases, replenishing inventory, and assisting with inventory control. Cleanliness and organization are a crucial part of maintaining a tranquil Spa environment.
