Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-paced catering/kitchen environment is essential
Passionate about food, ingredients and seasonality is essential
Demonstrable supervising experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management
