Sous Chef

We are a ramen-focused restaurant looking for a committed and responsible Sous Chef to join our team.

This role is suitable for someone who takes pride in food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and smooth daily operations. Experience in Japanese noodles, Chinese noodles, or ramen restaurants will be an added advantage.

• Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
