Ideally you will be across all sections of the kitchen and have strong protein skills, chargrill experience highly desired. Our venues are regarded by the local community and beyond for quality produce and excellent standards.
Requirements
- Must have trade qualifications
- Be a strong communicator
- Management experience is a must for Sous position
- Knowledge of ordering, stock control and training and development of chefs (Sous)
- Come from a creative and upmarket A la Carte environment
- A passion for learning and increasing their culinary experience
The Perks
- Competitive Salary $75K - $85K + Super for Chef De Partie/Jr Sous
- $85-95K+ for Sous or Senior Sous position
