Delegate duties, and hold staff members accountable for their areas of responsibility. Conduct performance evaluations and wage increases according to policy. Assist in menu development. Advise supervisors on policies and procedures, and ensure implementation. Advise supervisors and others on calling, organization and safety techniques. Maintain good communication amongst kitchen staff. Fill in for Chefs when absent. Maintain continuous quality control. Control labor and food waste. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of experience working in a restaurant. 2 years of supervisory experience.
