A private company which has a great reputation for food led pubs is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team at one of their pubs on the Wirral. The pub serve menus featuring traditional pub classics which are all prepared from fresh ingredients on site with a focus on seasonality. As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef, you will have an input on the seasonal menu and also on the regularly changing specials. This a great opportunity for chefs who want to receive training and join a progressive and expanding pub chain. This company is an excellent company to work for they believe in family values, offer exceptional training and support programs and pubs are closed on Christmas Day.
Requirements:
Committed, hardworking and flexible Sous Chefs with previous experience of working in fresh food kitchens.
