The Sous Chef will oversee culinary food operations including fostering and developing a team of employees. **What You'll Do**

+ help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
+ supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff
+ procurement and purchasing
+ help create menus based on client needs
+ help create interpersonal relationships with clients
