Position Summary:
The Sous Chef is the second-in-command in a kitchen and plays a critical leadership role. Responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in the overall kitchen operation, the Sous Chef helps ensure consistent food quality, kitchen staff training, sanitation standards, and efficient production.
