Sous Chef:
- Support Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Motivate the team to deliver high standards of food and service
- Ensure food safety and allergen controls and constantly met
- Contribute to innovative menu planning
- Manage mise en place and ensure smooth, timely service
- Support events and functions alongside school life
Junior Sous:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team.
- Contribute to creating modern, fresh dishes.
- Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Oversee kitchen operations and inventory management.
- Prepare meals for hospitality services and events.
Apprentice Chef:
- A keen interest in cooking and professional catering
