Sous Chef

My client in Mullion, near Helston, are seeking a Sous Chef to join their current kitchen Team. he hotel has extensive leisure and spa facilities, a stunning location, and offers exceptional service and an all round luxury experience to its guests. You will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen as well as helping to lead the brigade in the Head Chef's absence. It is imperative that you have a strong and steady rosette background in similar establishments and be confident and capable of running all sections, and will be able to help lead a strong and passionate team. Full time permanent role offering an annual salary pf £35,000 per annum To apply submit your CV or give Steph a call at Winners Recruitment, Truro- 01872 264744
