Main Purpose of Job:

To support the Head Chef in the preparation of dishes at The Boathouse, ensuring the highest and most consistent standards of food preparation and delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:

• Support the head chef in delivering a breakfast and daily menu, your role will involve preparing food and orders for the Boathouse at Roydon Marina Village.
• Demonstrate a high level of food safety knowledge and follow recommended practices.
• Be proficient in understanding the law regarding allergens, ensuring every dish is accurately assessed with allergens recorded for the front of house team.
• Ensure the kitchen and storage areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Operate in accordance with the Safer Food, Better Business guidelines.
