We are delighted to be assisting a vibrant, bustling fresh-food restaurant nestled in the beautiful Cheltenham countryside. They are looking to add a talented Sous Chef to their team of five – someone with experience catering to large volumes, creating fresh and flavoursome dishes for up to 200 guests.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Sous Chef…

  • £38,000 per annum
  • Working 42 hours per week, great work life balance
  • Various shift patterns – Off‑peak shift 8am to 4pm or evening shift 12pm to 8pm, including 1 to 2 evening shifts and peak season 2 days and 3 evenings
  • 5th January to February half term off
  • Working alongside a team of 5 talented chefs
  • Cooking with the very best ingredients available
  • Free meals on duty
