Working closely with Adam Nevin (Executive Chef), you will play a key role in our Michelin-starred kitchen – helping to lead the team day-to-day, driving standards and delivering exceptional food with precision and consistency.

About The Role

The Role

  • Help lead the kitchen team and oversee daily operations
  • Take responsibility in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Ensure all dishes are executed to Michelin-level standards
  • Contribute to menu development and dish creation
  • Manage food costs, stock control and supplier relationships
  • Maintain HACCP, food safety and compliance standards
  • Train, mentor and develop the kitchen team
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement
