**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking a **Sous** **Chef** for **SSM Health DePaul Hospital** in **Bridgeton, MO** . The Sous Chef will help oversee all culinary food operations for the medical campus. The Sous Chef will come with a leadership background and experience in large, fast-paced kitchen environments.

**What You'll Do**

+ help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
+ supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff
+ procurement and purchasing
+ help create menus based on client needs
+ help create interpersonal relationships with clients
