Job Description: The Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef De Cuisine/Executive Chef in successfully managing all aspects of the culinary department.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:
• Previous Kitchen Management and/or Sous Chef experience for a minimum of 1 year
• Previous Restaurant Culinary experience
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, or similar field
