- Assist in leading day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service execution.
- Drive a vertical of R&D/ test kitchen
- Maintain consistency, quality, portioning, and presentation standards across all menu items.
- Support menu development, product innovation, and seasonal launches.
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of professional kitchen experience, with leadership experience
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and team management.
- Passion for ingredient-focused cooking and continuous learning.
