Sourcing Trainee
About the job 📚
Execute sourcing strategy aligned with supply chain/business strategy.
Develop and manage strategic sourcing partnerships for cost reduction and quality improvement.
Analyze market trends and influence decision-making in the factory.
Support factories in overcoming sourcing constraints and work on sourcing saving projects.
Manage supplier approval process, drive supply base consolidation, and rationalization.
