Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Team Leader (TL) to lead and manage a team of Sourcing Managers for our West Pune projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving sourcing business through Channel Partners, achieving monthly targets, managing project launches and sustenance activities, and ensuring strong market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Sourcing Managers to achieve sourcing and booking targets.

Plan monthly and quarterly business targets along with execution strategies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and conduct regular CP meetings.
