Sourcing Recruiter

Job Description
The Recruiter II will play a key role on a centralized sourcing team focused primarily on Workplace Health and Safety and operational/management roles. This position manages top of funnel sourcing. The role relies on strong sourcing expertise, particularly in high-volume environments, and requires the ability to use creativity, judgment, and advanced Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top talent. The Recruiter II may lead and direct the work of others and typically reports to a department leader.
Compensation in Nashville, TN- $40/hr
Compensation in Seattle, WA/ Arlington, VA- $50/hr
Responsibilities

+ Source and attract qualified candidates for Workplace Health and Safety and operational/management roles within Operations using a variety of channels and tools.

+ Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search techniques, to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs....
