About the role
The Sourcing Project Manager is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier selection and performance, driving cost‑reduction initiatives, and supporting new product/project launches.
该岗位负责制定采购与供应商战略，推动降本项目，管理供应商绩效，并协同研发及跨部门团队支持新项目、新产品顺利落地。
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sourcing Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Sourcing Strategy & Supplier Management｜采购战略与供应商管理
Develop mid‑ to long‑term sourcing and supply base strategies with regional/WHQ commodity teams.
与区域/总部商品团队协作，制定中长期采购及供应基地规划。
Identify, select, evaluate, and develop suppliers; build and maintain qualified and strategic supplier systems.
负责供应商的搜寻、选择、评估及战略供应体系建设。
Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manage supply risks proactively.
管理关键供应商关系，识别并降低供应风险。
