Sourcing Manager

We‘re hiring → Manager – Fabric Sourcing Kolkata

At Vastramay, we‘re building the operational backbone of one of India‘s fastest-growing ethnic wear brands — and fabric is at the heart of it.

We‘re looking for someone who:

✅ Has a degree/diploma in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology

✅ Has 5–8 years in apparel fabric sourcing

✅ Can walk into a mill and talk GSM, construction, shrinkage, and colour fastness without a cheat sheet

✅ Can negotiate — and win

✅ Knows how to scout and onboard new vendors, not just manage the existing base

✅ Is comfortable owning this function independently

This is a standalone role. You own fabric procurement end-to-end — vendor relationships, new vendor scouting, order placement, cost benchmarking, inward coordination, and quality.

Kolkata-based. Full-time.
