Sourcing Manager

• Manage the Sourcing team operations aligned with the company’s OTD (On-Time Delivery) objectives, ensuring information is properly updated across systems.
• Identify, map, and develop local and regional suppliers.
• Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers and monitor achieved marginal profitability.
• Ensure suppliers meet delivery commitments while maintaining updated order statuses and delivery dates.
• Coordinate orders with the Sales, Logistics, Administration, and Finance departments.
• Reduce additional lead times in delivery processes.

Requirements & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably within procurement, purchasing, or supply chain areas.
• Experience working with Odoo.
• Advanced English level (mandatory).
• Intermediate/Advanced Portuguese is a plus.
