Sourcing Manager

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Sourcing Manager – Channel Sales to build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants to generate qualified leads and site visits for our projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, excellent relationship management skills, and experience working with channel partners in residential and commercial real estate projects in KDMC Market.
This role plays a critical part in expanding the broker network and ensuring a steady pipeline of buyers and investors.

• Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brokerage networks.
