Sourcing Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop local supplier resources in Malaysia, focusing on hardware products, machine materials, packaging materials, plastics/chemical products
• Conduct product inquiry, price comparison, negotiation, and cost analysis
• Organize supplier audits and sample validation, lead the supplier onboarding process
• Establish and maintain a supplier database, regularly evaluate supplier performance
• Track market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or above in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields
• Experience: 3+ years in procurement or supplier development roles, with knowledge of at least one industry: hardware, plastics, chemicals, or packaging materials
• Language: Able to work in Mandarin, English, and Malay
