Overview

As the Sourcing Director for L'Oréal Mexico, you will lead a dynamic team of 11 purchasing professionals, shaping the strategic sourcing landscape for the entire organization. You will manage an annual budget of 5.5billion pesos and partner with the best suppliers to drive our success.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for a wide range of indirect categories, including marketing, transportation, warehousing, and co‑packing services to support all divisions.
• Drive Team Performance: Inspire and manage a team of 5 direct reports (11 total team members), fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development to meet ambitious business targets.
• Manage Supplier Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long‑term partnerships with key suppliers, leading high‑stakes negotiations to secure optimal value, quality, and service for the Group.
