Sourcing and Product Developer Apparel

POSITION SUMMARY:

Onsite role in Springfield Missouri at the corporate office. Not open to remote or hybrid work.

As a Sourcing and Product Developer, you will lead execution of the Brand, category and strategy. You will serve as the key driver of the sourcing and product development process from initial concept through delivery. The Developer will implement strategies that will maximize gross profit, support the sourcing strategy, ensure design integrity and brand aesthetics. You will coordinate with designers, technical designers, merchandising, and vendors in taking product from the concept stage to production.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Own execution of product development and sourcing strategies, acting as the primary liaison between Design, Technical Design, Merchandising and Vendors.
