- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos Lexmark
- Gestionar tickets e incidentes en sistema (Dynamics 365)
- Preparar reportes en Excel sobre SLAs e incidentes
- Controlar consumibles y solicitud de refacciones
- Handle onsite user incidents and service requests
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Lexmark equipment
- Manage tickets and incidents in the system (Dynamics 365)
