Job Overview

We are seeking a data‑driven professional to manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for our Iberian operations. The role is permanent, based in Madrid, and offers a hybrid work model (2 days per week from home). It involves close collaboration with Demand Planning, Brand/Trade Marketing, Finance, and Sales to deliver demand plans that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the S&OP process in market, connecting with colleagues, making recommendations to Leadership that drive development and trigger deployment aligned to Market Group processes.
• Coordinate the preparation of documents for the Demand Review.
• Coordinate the calendar of events to ensure all inputs are captured based on key S&OP decisions and directions are communicated in a timely manner.
• Facilitate the monthly Demand Review meeting in support of the General Manager.
