S&OP Leader

Main Responsibilities

• Design and ensure the implementation of the defined Planning Processes Scope, Roles & Responsibilities between our partners and OpCos.
• Create all Demand & Supply Plans, and track and manage all relevant KPIs associated with each process.
• Identify visibility gaps through root cause analysis, drive ownership by proposing solutions and/or recommendations such as increasing volume push or improving forecasting accuracy.
• Propose and define, in alignment with OpCo, Demand Plan used as input for ROFO process cycle and Annual/ Strat Planning process.
• Define shipment Plan based on Forecast, Supply Chain Constraints & Stock Analysis, in close alignment with breweries to ensure maximizing output and reducing risk of product availability.
• Lead Demand Review, Supply Review and Alignment Review Meetings from local S&OP Cycle and is the main source of data/information for S&OP Cycle with the breweries and ou...
