Duties and Responsibilities
The Sommelier will provide the highest level of customer wine service to all guests in the restaurants.
Fully responsible for the smooth operation of the wine & beverage program Establish and maintain a competitive and relevant wine program in line with the culinary directions of the F&B outlet Persistently maintain an exceptional high level of wine service and correct the unfulfilled elements if necessary Monitor the stock of wines by introducing a proper wine management system, whilst updating wine lists with correct spelling, vintages & prices Control on a daily basis the proper storage, aging rotation, and temperature of all stock in beverage storeroom and report any problems and malfunctionsSupport other outlets where needed in terms of wine training Ensures all beverage equipment and wine lists are clean and updated with c...
