About Smyth
Smyth is a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Chicago's West Loop, helmed by Chefs John Shields and Karen Urie Shields. The tasting menu changes daily with a focus on seasonal product from a national network of farmers, fishermen, foragers, and makers. Our wine program is built in the same spirit, with a strong focus on natural and low-intervention producers from Europe and North America working in the same idiom.
We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team and work with Wine Director Louis Fabbrini and the Captain team on the daily execution of the program.
The Sommelier is responsible for wine service in a small, intimate dining room and supports the Wine Director in the day-to-day running of the program.
