Responsibilities:



- Create and manage the wine and beverage program.



- Develop wine lists and beverage menus.



- Assist customers in selecting wines and beverages that complement their meals.



- Provide information and educate customers about wine varieties and wine regions.



- Order and maintain inventory of wines and beverages.



- Conduct wine tastings and wine pairing events.



- Train and educate staff on wine and beverage service.



- Stay updated with industry trends and new wine releases.





Requirements:



- Proven experience as a Sommelier or in a similar role.



- In-depth knowledge of wines, wine regions, and wine production.



- Strong understanding of wine pairing with different cuisines.



- Excellent communication and customer service skill...
