Responsibilities

• Lead interface with Internal customer and collaboration with stakeholders during the ordering phase
• Interact with suppliers (remotely and/or at suppliers premises) and with transversal departments for the implementation of corrective actions and ensuring settlement of disputes
• Provide oversight of the amount of inventories and implement action plans with suppliers
• Analyze delays & prioritize urgencies in support of assembly line
• Pilot operational short and long‑term action plans (delay retrofit, missing parts, improvement of the logistic flows)
• Ensure availability of export control licenses (Not ECCD) related to hardware deliveries
• Raise risks, follow‑up actions, report and escalate in case of deviation to industrial target (incl. in‑service issues), identify critical WP/deliverables and initiate containment actions in coor...
