Teleperformance is Hiring | Solutions Manager Location: Gurgaon Experience: 3+ Years Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements through RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and translate them into scalable business solutions. Design end-to-end solutions covering process, technology, staffing, pricing, and transition strategies. Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and commercial models. Collaborate with Operations, Recruitment, Training, Quality, Finance, HR, and IT teams to create impactful business solutions. Support Sales and Business Development teams in deal pursuits and client engagements. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions. Present solution recommendations and value propositions to stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of BPO/Customer Experience operations.
