FORMANCE is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Post Sales) to support our Operations team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You’ll be the technical backbone bridging our product with client needs, helping scale our operations efforts and shaping how customers experience our platform.

This hybrid role combines technical expertise, client-facing problem-solving, and product integration, with plenty of room to grow and shape the scope based on your strengths.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our solutions are robust, well-integrated, and tailored to our customers' needs, all while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering in a hybrid environment that values flexibility and connection.

What you'll do:

You will work mostly on post-sales operations.
