We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Engineer to join our growing CPaaS Solution Engineering team. You will have a customer‑obsessed vision and a passion for understanding our customers’ problems. This role requires contextual awareness, bridging the gap between business and technology, and working alongside our sales team to help customers get the most out of 8x8 solutions and technology.

To be successful you will need hands‑on experience in consultative selling of a CPaaS product set, a strong technical understanding of customer environments, and a background in supporting customers directly.
