Solutions Consultant (3D Printers)

PROFILE

This position plays a critical role in providing industry leading additive manufacturing services to our customers, leveraging the latest AM technologies (e.g., FDM, DLP, DMLS, SLS, SLA, PolyJet). We support industry leaders in aerospace, automotive, healthcare, and more. This position is primarily customer-driven (approximately 65% desk-based quoting, RFQ intake, and order coordination) with a hands-on component (approximately 35% shop-based support) to help execute work, maintain quality, and support continuous improvement. The successful candidate is detail-oriented and self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and communicates clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.
