Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution and assessment design for enterprise clients across Hire, Nurture, Coach, and Learn.

- Translate business problems into structured talent intelligence and assessment solutions.

- Design assessment frameworks, logic, benchmarking methodologies and validation approaches.

- Work with Product, Tech, Data Science and Consulting teams to operationalize and deliver solutions.
