Mission

As a Solution Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) solutions within Back‑Office Services. You will align the solution roadmap with business needs, manage stakeholders, oversee solution governance, and ensure operational excellence.

Primary Focus: Brazil Rollout

• Seamless integration of the finance core model into Brazil’s operations.
• Project timeline and resource management to meet rollout deadlines.
• Compliance with Brazilian financial regulations (e.g., SPED, e‑Invoicing, tax reporting).
• Training and support to local teams to ensure adoption.
• Post‑deployment monitoring to validate performance and ensure business KPIs are met.
