Solution Expert

We are looking for a Solution Expert to strengthen our team in maintenance, support and development of our information systems in Plant Floor IT Service.

You will work as a technical expert in Plant Floor IT service, focusing on several systems that are critical to our operations. You will perform regular maintenance actions, issue resolution, changes and technical support for the systems in your responsibility area. The work is done in close cooperation with business administrators, other members of the Orion Information Management organization as well as external application vendors and Orion IM partners.

An important part of your work is participating in development projects, where you act as an IT expert with the ability to see the big picture while maintaining focus on the details. As a member of a cross-functional project team, you will define user requirements, coordinate IT environment installations, support system integrations, troubleshoot technical issues...
