Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders – quickly understanding their policies, workflows, statutory obligations, and pain points – and translating them into comprehensive business analysis documents that identify the right HRMS and Payroll features and configurations.

Conceptualize and present HRMS and Payroll solutions to clients, creating detailed user scenarios, payroll calculation logic, leave/attendance rules, approval workflows, and wireframes to illustrate your vision and secure buy-in.
