Job Description
Job Purpose :
As a member of the Professional Services team, the Solution Architect is responsible for the integrity of the architecture, functional solution design, and technical development, and ultimately for delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. The Solution Architect is also responsible for mentoring consultants and serving as a resource for other Solution Architects as they come up to speed on the Tungsten Automation Corporation suite of products and the implementation process. As a member of the Solution Architecture group, the Solution Architect needs to identify trends across customer implementations to improve the implementation process by creating reusable assets and refining implementation methods. Solution Architects are also responsible for working across the global Tungsten Automation Professional Services & Technical Support organizations.
