Purpose:
The Solution Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, accuracy, and continuity across Mohsyn's service delivery ecosystem. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality CRM documentation, enabling seamless cross-functional coordination, and supporting timely, SLA-driven execution of customer cases.
By owning real-time case updates, structured follow-ups, and clear handovers, the role ensures that all stakeholders—internal teams, field personnel, and vendors—operate with complete context and aligned priorities. The Solution Analyst acts as a central control point for task tracking, risk identification, and escalation, helping prevent delays, reduce errors, and maintain service reliability.
