Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

We are looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to join our fast-paced Residential Conveyancing team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Wales’ fastest growing modern law firms, that combines a fresh and forward-thinking approach with a client-focused, local feel to deliver a range of award-winning, quality services. You will handle predominantly local matters for clients in the surrounding area.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of local property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Managing a small team of legal assistants.
• Managing capacity levels and working towards achieving monthly targets.
• Understanding and adhering to SRA compliance/ CLC Code of Conduct requirements and any other governing/regulatory body’s rules and regulations e.g. SRA and land registry.
