The Mobility Electronics (ME) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for power electronic, combustion engines, comfort functions, airbags) and a wide range of sensors (e.g. for battery charge state, inertial, yaw-rate, pressure, NOx) in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state-of-the-art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers.

We at Engineering Assembly and Interconnect technology (ETA) are responsible for solder joint reliability (load capability) and soldering processes development.

Your tasks:

► Mechanical design of tools for mass production

► Manage tool production

► Support development of AIT (assembly and interconnection technologies) for PCB (Printed Circuit Board) based electronic control units
