**Job Title: Soldering Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on precision soldering and assembly of pins onto connector boards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that supports aerospace and aviation projects. You will work with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and pin through-hole soldering, using soldering tools and small hand tools to build high-reliability connector assemblies in accordance with IPC J-STD-001 standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Solder and assemble pins onto connector boards using SMT and pin through-hole techniques in compliance with IPC J-STD-001 standards.
+ Use soldering tools and small hand tools to assemble, rework, and repair aerospace and aviation connector components.
+ Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly and soldering of components.
