**Job Description**
The Selective Soldering Machine Operator / Technician operates, sets up, and maintains selective soldering equipment to support printed circuit board (PCB) assembly in a regulated electronics manufacturing environment. This role ensures consistent solder quality, adheres to safety and quality standards, and contributes to efficient, high‑volume production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate selective soldering machines, such as ERSA, SeHO, Pillarhouse, or similar equipment, to support PCB assembly operations.
+ Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic programming adjustments in accordance with work instructions and process documentation.
+ Load and unload PCBs, ensuring proper fixturing, alignment, and adherence to defined solder parameters.
